In the year 2024 Dr Ashish Singhal, Orthopedic & joint replacement surgeon at Paras Hospital, Udaipur, launched latest robot, called Cuvis. By today he has performed more tha 100 robotic knee and hip replacement surgeries, 100 percent success rate.
Recently in an interview to a leading media company he spoke about robotic assisted technologies for joint replacements and gave a tour to the robot he is using at his hospital. He says that the robot assists the surgeon in doing a surgery. The technology helps the surgeon to plan, monitor & execute surgery with more precision and accuracy. This results in knee or hip replacement surgery with better outcomes, fast recovery, least complications & long lasting results .
